Nick Shandra

The Ukrainian photographer Nick Shandra was a fellow at Künstlerhof Frohnau from September to December 2023 as part of the Artists at Risk program, funded by the Goethe-Institut. During his time in Frohnau, he worked on an ongoing photographic and film series documenting everyday life, landscape, and artistic processes at the site. Shandra’s practice moves between documentary photography, portraiture, and art documentation; he currently lives and works primarily in Vienna.
