About our residency program
The residency program is aimed at artists, researchers, and practitioners. Fellows develop their projects independently, while being embedded in a collective framework: shared dinners, conversations with guests from the arts, academia, and civil society, as well as public formats such as our Open Studios.
KHF supports the fellows by providing visibility on site and online, facilitating connections to local and international networks, and assisting with research, logistics, and presentation. At the same time, KHF invites fellows to actively contribute to the public program through exhibitions, workshops, or performances that foster exchange between international guests, local communities, and the site itself. By documenting their methods and outcomes, the fellows contribute to the growing archive of KHF and create impulses that extend beyond the duration of their stay.
